As President of Assured Resource Consulting, LLC Fran Vogel brings more than 25 years of business development, strategic account management and sales experience working with government and commercial clients within the IT community.
An accomplished senior executive with demonstrated success, she has developed strong professional relationships and networks with high-level executives to expand contacts, cultivate new business and expedite the sales process. As a strong client advocate, Ms. Vogel serves the best interest of represented companies, successfully balancing revenue growth and maintaining trust.

Ms. Vogel began her career with Xerox Corporation in Arlington, VA attending their highly acclaimed sales training program. She has worked for well-respected and recognized companies in the IT community, spanning both the Product and System Integrator marketplace – including: HP Enterprise Services/EDS, Computer Associates, Compuware and Identity Systems, a division of Nokia. Actively pursuing Federal business across all segments of Government including Department level and Independent agencies she negotiated and won numerous multi-million dollar awards. Most recently Ms. Vogel has focused on working with Small Businesses having directed business development activities for a small, woman-owned, 8(a) firm and a graduating 8(a) moving to the mid-tier level.
An active member of a number of industry groups including AFCEA Bethesda Chapter; The American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) participating on the Small Business Alliance; The American Small Business Coalition (ASBC); G2xchange and Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HiMSS). Ms. Vogel served on the Procurement and Capture Management Forum (ProCM) 2014 Board as the Director of Membership. She was also an active member of Women in Technology for many years.
